1. What is a phone farm box, and how is it different from an Android emulator?

A phone farm box is a chassis that holds multiple physical Android phone motherboards and connects them to a computer for centralized control. A typical YUANDA configuration uses 20 motherboards, with shared power, cooling and organized connections.

An Android emulator runs a virtual device on a computer. A motherboard box uses physical phone hardware, which can be useful for real-device app testing and business workflows. App compatibility still depends on the selected motherboard, Android version and software setup.

2. Should I buy a phone motherboard box or a USB phone control hub?

Choose a USB phone control hub when you already have complete handsets and want organized charging, data connections and compatible control software. Choose a phone mainboard box when you want a compact Android device cluster built around phone motherboards.

A hub is not a set of phones. A chassis-only offer is not a complete motherboard system. Compare the exact hardware included in each quotation before comparing prices.

3. How much does a phone farm box cost, and how can I compare the best price?

The YUANDA phone farm box for WhatsApp and AI customer service is currently listed at US$1,000. Other models and configurations are quoted separately; this is not a universal price for every phone farm box.

For a meaningful “best price” comparison, check motherboard model and quantity, RAM and storage, hardware condition, included software, ongoing license or API fees, shipping, customs charges and support. Request a written quotation for the same configuration and destination.

4. Which Samsung motherboard, RAM and Android version should I choose?

YUANDA offers different Samsung motherboard configurations and recommends a model around your applications, workload and budget. Share the app names, required Android version, storage needs and whether you will run one light task or several demanding tasks per device.

RAM affects how much work a device can keep active; storage affects available space for apps and files. Newer or higher-specification boards may suit heavier workloads, but the best choice should be tested with your actual workflow. Confirm the installed Android build and exact specifications in the quotation.

5. Can I order a Pixel phone farm box instead of a Samsung system?

Ask YUANDA for a custom Pixel motherboard configuration. Availability, installed Android version, board condition and control-software compatibility are confirmed for the proposed build.

The standard Google Pixel 4a uses a Snapdragon 730G processor, 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. It should not be described as a Snapdragon 855 device. Pixel 4a and Pixel 4a 5G are different models, so confirm the exact model name before ordering.

6. What is included, and are the phone motherboards new or refurbished?

A complete motherboard-box quotation should identify the chassis, motherboard model and quantity, power supply, cables and any included control-software access. Photographs showing a monitor, computer or complete handset do not by themselves mean those items are included.

Ask for the condition of the supplied boards—new, used or refurbished—and the testing carried out before shipment. Do not assume that a newly assembled chassis means every motherboard is new. SIM cards, network services and optional accessories should also be listed separately.

7. Do I need a computer, and can I use Windows, macOS or Linux?

You normally need a computer to view device screens, configure the control software and run centralized workflows. Send your operating system, CPU, RAM, available USB ports and intended device count so that YUANDA can check the proposed setup.

Confirm support for your exact Windows, macOS or Linux version before purchasing. A hardware connection or ADB compatibility does not guarantee that every desktop control feature is available on every operating system.

8. How many phones or boxes can one computer control?

The number of boards in one box and the number of devices a computer can manage are different specifications. Capacity depends on the computer, connection bandwidth, screen resolution, software edition and the tasks running on each device.

Multiple-box projects can be planned, but start with a representative test before scaling. Twenty physical boards do not establish a guaranteed capacity for thousands of simultaneous accounts. Ask for a demonstration at a device count and workload close to your intended use.

9. Does the box use USB, OTG, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, SIM cards or 5G?

YUANDA motherboard-box configurations can provide USB/OTG and LAN (Ethernet) connection options. The available control modes and internet connection path depend on the selected hardware and software.

SIM, cellular data, Wi-Fi and 5G support must be checked for the exact board and assembled system. Ethernet ports do not make a phone motherboard 5G-capable, and older Samsung or Pixel boards should not all be advertised as supporting 5G. Tell us which connectivity features your project needs.

10. Can the USB hub charge phones, mirror screens and synchronize actions?

YUANDA USB phone hubs provide organized charging and data connections. With compatible software, supported devices can show their screens on a computer and receive individual or synchronized actions. The software can also support configured automated taps and workflows.

Charging speed depends on the hub, phone and cable. Android and iPhone capabilities may differ. Screen mirroring, touch control and automation are separate functions, so confirm each one you need. Synchronized taps may produce different results when devices display different app screens.

11. Which control software is used, and are there trial or license fees?

YUANDA can help match compatible multi-device control software to your hardware and workflow. Confirm the edition, supported device count, interface language, automation features and license duration in the quotation.

Some illustrated packages include a 15-day software trial. A trial is not a permanent license. Ask what remains available after the trial, how renewal is charged and whether API services, network services or additional automation modules are billed separately.

12. Can I connect ChatGPT or another AI service through an API?

YUANDA’s software integration options can connect supported AI services through an API for tasks such as drafting customer replies or directing configured device workflows. Tell us your preferred AI provider and the actions you want to automate so that the integration can be checked.

Confirm the required software edition, API credentials, usage limits and service charges. Buying hardware does not automatically include AI usage, and a ChatGPT subscription should not be assumed to include API credits. Keep API keys private and use human review for important customer or order decisions.

13. Which social platforms and business workflows can the system support?

YUANDA offers software options for workflows involving Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify and WhatsApp. Depending on the module, these may include keyword searches, navigation, configured taps, content workflows and customer-service tasks.

Confirm the exact actions with a live demonstration because platform interfaces and software support change. Suitable uses include managing your authorized business accounts and testing repeatable workflows. Hardware alone does not guarantee audience growth, advertising results or protection from account restrictions.

14. Can it run WhatsApp messaging and AI customer-service workflows?

The WhatsApp and AI customer-service product is a physical phone farm system. Software can be configured for repeatable messaging and AI-assisted customer-service workflows, subject to the selected package and application compatibility.

For bulk messaging, use contacts who have agreed to receive the messages. Demonstrate the intended WhatsApp version, reply handling and any human-handoff requirements before ordering. The control software’s API is distinct from Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform API; one does not automatically include the other.

15. Is a phone farm box suitable for Android app testing and ADB automation?

Yes. Physical Android devices can be useful for installation tests, app compatibility checks and repeatable development workflows. Android Debug Bridge (ADB) supports communication with Android devices, including app installation and debugging.

For a real-device Android test setup, specify your Android versions, test framework and required hardware features. A screenless motherboard build may not include every camera, sensor or SIM function found in a complete handset. Root access and framework compatibility should be confirmed separately.

16. Do devices need separate IP addresses, and can I use a VPN router?

Separate internet exit addresses are not required for every project. For example, an internal Android test lab may work on one network, while a regional connectivity test may require a different network arrangement. Describe the purpose before buying additional services.

YUANDA can discuss compatible network or VPN-router options. Different local LAN addresses do not necessarily mean different public IP addresses. VPN or proxy subscriptions, routing and ongoing fees are separate considerations, and an IP address change does not guarantee that a platform will accept an account or action.

17. How much power does it use, and what about cooling, noise and continuous operation?

Power consumption varies with the board model, device count, workload and peripherals. A power supply’s rated wattage is its capacity, not a measurement of constant wall-power consumption. Ask for measurements from the configuration and workload you plan to buy.

Keep ventilation openings clear, inspect fans and monitor temperatures during sustained operation. Noise and cooling performance should also be assessed on the actual build. For a long-running project, use a realistic trial to check stability, network recovery and maintenance needs before expanding.

18. Can I book a free remote demonstration and get installation guidance?

Yes. You can book a free online remote demonstration to see the control interface and discuss a representative workflow before ordering. Send your applications, intended device count, computer details and preferred appointment time.

The seller behind YUANDA Phone Farm Box brings 15 years of export experience, IT and networking knowledge, and social-media marketing experience. We help buyers select equipment and provide installation and network-setup guidance. Confirm the scope of any custom scripting or integration work with your quotation.

19. Do you ship worldwide, and can you quote DDP delivery with duties and clearance included?

YUANDA arranges international shipments and can quote DDP delivery for eligible destinations and routes. For an agreed DDP shipment, we arrange transportation and import customs clearance and cover the import duties and taxes included in the quotation. We confirm the delivery point, total delivered price, estimated timing and any exclusions before you order.

Send your country, postal code and order quantity to confirm availability and estimated timing. Preparation time and transit time are separate. DDP simplifies agreed delivery responsibilities; it does not guarantee a lower statutory tax rate or the same delivery time in every country. Other shipping terms may leave import charges payable by the buyer.

20. How do I request a quotation, place an order and confirm warranty support?

Send your intended applications, device quantity, preferred model or budget, computer specifications, destination country and postal code. YUANDA can recommend a configuration and provide a written quotation covering hardware, software, shipping and available payment methods.

Before paying, confirm board condition, included accessories, license duration, warranty coverage and the process for a faulty part or return. Coverage can differ between the assembled equipment and phone motherboards; retain the invoice and agreed terms.
