YUANDA Phone Farm Box supports application multi-instance configurations, often called app cloning or dual apps. The number of useful instances depends on the supplied Android firmware, cloning method, app and workload. Buyers should test the intended setup rather than assume that a board supports unlimited accounts or simultaneous tasks.
This guide explains what to check before choosing a YUANDA Android phone cluster. For a wider hardware comparison, start with the Phone Farm Box buyer’s guide.
App cloning, account switching and separate boards
- Account switching: one app changes between accounts using its own supported controls. It does not necessarily keep each account active simultaneously.
- App cloning: a supported mechanism provides additional instances or profiles on the same Android device. Data separation and available features depend on that implementation.
- Multiple physical mainboards: each board has its own processor, memory and Android environment. Boards can be managed together, while network and software resources still need planning.
Android’s platform documentation describes clone profiles, but support requires device-maker customization. That feature is not evidence that every phone, app or supplied firmware supports the same cloning method. Confirm the actual method included with your order.
How RAM, storage and workload affect your choice
RAM: compare the number of actively running instances, their memory use and what happens when you switch between them. An app that reloads after switching may lose an unfinished workflow. More installed instances do not prove more simultaneously usable instances.
Storage: allow for the operating system, application packages, per-instance data, downloaded media, logs and future updates. Ask for usable free space on the demonstrated configuration, rather than relying only on its advertised storage capacity.
Processor and cooling: video, game testing and image-heavy interfaces can behave differently from text-based customer-service tasks. Ask to demonstrate your representative workload and monitor responsiveness through the session.
Android version and firmware: verify the app’s requirements and the supplied version. A newer board is not automatically compatible with every cloning tool, and a modified firmware can change an app’s behavior.
A practical acceptance checklist for your remote demo
- Record the setup: board model, Android build, RAM/storage, cloning tool and app version.
- Start small: open the original app and one supported additional instance using test accounts you control.
- Confirm separation: inspect account identity, app data and log-out behavior in each instance. Do not assume separate app instances are separate physical devices.
- Test the real workflow: switch between instances, complete a representative task and check whether background tasks continue as required.
- Check notifications and files: verify the intended account receives its notifications and that uploads, downloads and permissions behave correctly.
- Check recovery: restart through the supported procedure, reopen the instances and verify the expected state. Plan how app or firmware updates will be tested.
- Increase gradually: add instances only while measuring useful performance. Keep a record of failures and available RAM/storage.
This checklist is a proposed purchase test, not a published benchmark or a promise of a fixed account capacity. Ask for results on the exact configuration being quoted.
Combining app instances with automation
Follow the connection checks in our ADB and Auto.js setup guide before testing instance selection.
YUANDA’s software supports ADB commands and Auto.js workflows. For cloned apps, test whether the chosen automation method can identify and open the intended instance reliably. Confirm package or profile selection where applicable; screen coordinates alone may not distinguish accounts.
Group control and screen mirroring help operators view devices from a computer, but do not remove per-app compatibility requirements. AI customer-service workflows additionally need software setup, API configuration, clear escalation rules and any applicable software/API fees. Use the system for accounts and workflows you are authorized to operate.
Choose a motherboard box or a USB phone hub
A motherboard box is an option when you want an integrated Android board installation. A 20-port USB phone hub is an option when you already have compatible physical phones and need charging, data connections and supported computer-based control. The hub does not add RAM or storage to those phones.

What to send for a useful quotation
Send your app/version, required instances per board, number of simultaneously active tasks, total board count and destination country/postcode. YUANDA can recommend different Samsung mainboard models according to your workload; configuration and price vary.
